- Claims Support - collaborate with the Claims Management team to develop and automate auditing processes using. Integrate automation, improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Claims Compliance Integration – Develop and implement processes, update audits and system changes that ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
- Claims Analytics - Develop cost mitigating strategies by determining causes of developing trends and what needs to be implemented to improve results based on claims analysis of reserves/paid to incurred ratios, PIPS quarterly analytics, etc.
- Bottomline Management - Conduct biannual review of Bottomline legal program utilized by WC and lead our communication efforts on the program results, cost savings and benefits to our clients and reinsurers as well as achieve and expedite settlements for injured workers.
- Risk Mitigation - Implement a new RMIS system and improve claims processes and workflow. Mitigate risks associated with the transition and ensure a smoother process.
- Competitive Claims Advantage - Gather competitive claims information to stay at the forefront of claims administration for competitive advantage in the market. Provide annual program briefing to our reinsurers and assist with our Demonstrated Performance announcements.
- Business Expert - Develop a comprehensive resource for client facing claims analytics, dashboards and AI features meaningful for clients and ensure consistent use within IST.
- Change Management - Leading change management efforts by working with Claims Teams to understand client needs, conducting training to external departments, fostering a culture of RMIS adoption within the Claims Department.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance – Implement robust quality control measures to validate claims data accuracy and compliance with claims industry standards and regulations and ensure best outcomes for injured workers.
- Post-Implementation Support - Provide ongoing support to the Claims Team, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing the RMIS system to meet evolving claims business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- B.A. or B.S. preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of workers’ compensation handling, or property & casualty risk management related experience required.
- Effective organizer, planner, self-starter and leader requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be available to travel within designated territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Adept at accessing business data from the Internet when required. Intermediate to advance knowledge of iVOS software is preferred.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Remote work environment flexibility.
