JOB SUMMARY
- Designs and maintains the Workday HRIS to support the organization's data management and reporting needs. Conducts audits to ensure employee data integrity within HRIS, and troubleshoots issues in HRIS through problem identification and resolution. Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports. Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for strategic planning or decision-making. Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. Coordinates projects related to the operations of HRIS, including upgrades and product enhancements. Prepares reports to meet organizational, state, and federal standards requirements. Provides support to other HR employees. Prepares end-user documentation or training materials and conducts in-person or virtual training as needed. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe. Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science (Required)
- 4+ years Systems analysis, programming experience using software tools like Tableau, HTML, SQL and Microsoft Office preferably in a hospital setting with responsibilities for data analysis and/or application support (Required)
- 2+ years Experience implementing and or migrating an HRIS (Preferred)
- 1+ year Workday system subject matter expert (Preferred)
- Preferred Certifications/Licensures: HRIP (Human Resources Information Program)
