Job Description
HRD has been engaged to place a Global HRIS Analyst to join our client’s team in Atlanta. This position will support the HR Leader on HR reporting, work process design, analytics, and HRIS solutions. This role will be a partner to the business teams by analyzing processes, implementing solutions, and best practices related to HR technology and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department on all HR technology and system enhancements, workflows, and processes.
- Manage global HR process improvements, reporting and analytics.
- Assess, recommend, and implement new HRIS solutions. Train teams on these new processes and roll outs.
- Build a global metrics dashboard and utilize these metrics to support global initiatives.
- Be a consultative partner to the field teams, complete ad hoc reporting and support complex HRIS issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years of HRIS experience.
- Experience with multiple HR systems and technologies.
- Strong excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HR technology.
