Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years’ experience supporting implementation Human Resources (HR) technologies and knowledge of HR-related systems and integrations (HRIS, background check vendors, assessment vendors, employee referral add-ons, CRM, etc.)
• 3 years’ experience working in Workday, including experience in handling change requests, defects, incidents, and customer concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday Pro certification for HCM and Touchpoints in Recruitment
• Experience in implementation of the Workday Recruiting for a large scale, global organization
•Talent Acquisition experience including recruiting process, strategy, metrics analysis and continuous improvement
•Knowledge of infrastructure-related systems, i.e., client/server, workstations, servers, networks
