The BI/Data IT Analyst serves as the point person for development of BI reports and data analysis. The BI/Data IT Analyst must have a comprehensive knowledge of Domo Data Analytic Platform to program the required reports and manage staff and vendors as required to meet promised delivery schedules and budgets. The BI/Data Analyst is expected to bring insights and recommendations to management based on their findings. Troubleshooting technical issues requires programming knowledge for break-fixes and enhancements. Prompt responses and accurate answers are required for all management and client inquiries. The BI/Data IT Analyst will work directly with the leadership team and play a major role in defining our industry.
Salary: $60000.00 per year

Development of Domo reports

Requirements
Education
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience
2 or more years in a comparable role
Knowledge of community association industry desired
Skills
Domo
Good communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to complete projects with little or no supervision
Ability to manage outside developers, programmers, and tech support
