Due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our in-house sales and marketing team with the addition of a Digital Marketing & Data Analyst.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing & Data Analyst is the mining of customer data to craft segmented listings for email, SMS, social media, and other Digital Marketing needs; reviewing and reporting key advertising metrics; reviewing and reporting user behavior within the ALB user interface. They will also assist in the creation of content to be used in a variety of advertising mediums.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the design and implementation of targeted ad campaigns, ad sets, and ad assets for use in paid social media campaigns
- Conduct audience research for precise Digital Marketing (email, SMS, social media ads, Google ads, etc.) targeting
- Create new and optimize existing audiences for precise Digital Marketing targeting
- Optimize campaigns utilizing A/B testing where appropriate
- Stay current on advertising trends across all major digital and social media platforms
- Analyze performance and report on key metrics inside of Digital Marketing efforts
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range optimization opportunities to be addressed in Digital Marketing campaigns
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Work on email and SMS segmentation and list creation
- Design email layout through the use of custom code and templates depending on use
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the Digital Marketing presence for Ava Lane Boutique
- Assist with responses to social media postings on various platforms as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude to help foster a great work environment
- Assist with other Digital Marketing duties as needed
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields or 7+ years of directly related experience
- 3+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing
- 3+ Years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently report and analyze key digital ad metrics
- Proven ability to utilize and or produce digital media content for use in digital ads (both video and graphics)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Proven knowledge of graphic design principles
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite
- Expert at meeting deadlines and utilization of time management skills
- Superior organizational skills
- A proactive approach to workflow progression and problem-solving, ability to multitask
- Team Oriented – Must possess the skills required to work as an active team member, including but not limited to communicating with coworkers & assisting in other areas as needed
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and must have a positive attitude
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields or 7 years of experience.
- 3+ Years of experience working in Digital Marketing.
- 3+ Years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Management
Availability:
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, with the occasional evening or Saturday for projects that must be done outside of normal business hours.
