Form of workThere are requirements that must be met to be considered for a work-from-home position.
- Must live within driving distance to Afni center as you will be traveling the first 7 weeks for training.
- Must live in an area that offers Comcast Internet Service.
- Must meet other work at home requirements as listed in the Requirements section.
All new hires will be placed into a work-at-home phone or internet web chat program based on current skillset and business needs.
Afni phone Customer Service Representatives receive incoming calls and help customers by identifying their needs, updating accounts and helping them find the right products or services.
Afni web chat Customer Service Representatives help customers with log in and registration needs. By using internet navigation knowledge and Customer Service skills, Afni agents handle multiple chat sessions at the same time in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.

Successful candidates are fanatical about helping people and are able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in contact or call center support for phone, internet, entertainment or TV. Experience in the following areas will also be considered: communications, retail, cashier, or food service.
- Computer proficiency, including web navigation and basic keyboarding skills
- Excellent written communications skills
Work-at-home requirements include:
- Must live in a Comcast Internet Provider area where business class internet service can be set up in your home.
- Must live within driving distance of our Evans, CO Afni center for training and in-home supervisor visits.
- Private, secure room with four walls and a door. This must be a non-shared workspace during Afni working hours.
- Desk/Table to fit two monitors, good lighting and 2 chairs.
- Distraction free environment; such as TVs, pets, or children playing.
Afni will provide the following:
- Comcast high-speed Business Class Internet
- 4 port wired router
- Dual computer monitors
- Thin Client (computer access)
You must be at least 18 years old to apply and pass drug screen, criminal background check, and comprehensive assessments during and after training.
