Position Details:
Fully Remote! Must pick up equipment in Portland, OR!
Dress Code: Business casual (top/blouse) Must be on camera during trainings and meetings.
Pay: $18/hour
Title: Customer Service Rep
Hours: Assigned a schedule between 4am-12:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm
Brief Job Description:
- Receive inbound and occasionally place outbound calls to follow-up with customers.
- Assist current customers, troubleshoot and/or dispatch services.
- Utilize Windows software.
Requirements:
- Must live within 30 miles of Portland!
- HSD or GED Required
- Customer service or call center experience
- Open and flexible schedule
- Good communication skills
