Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers. (You will receive adequate training on products.)
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Assist in inventory management, including: receiving, restocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, and trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales and/or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical sales experience and/or knowledge of electronics is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient use of working hours
