Job Description
We are seeking a Work From Home - Appointment Setterfor a Sprinkler Company to join our team! You will be responsible for setting appointments for our 3 crews.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer appointments and dispatch
- Provide information about our services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our services
- Must type proficient - 95% of our interactions are through written interactions.
- Other remote office duties such as expense reporting and bookkeeping will be required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous appointment setting for home services is desired but not required.
Work Requirements
- Work days are generally Monday and Tuesday 8-5 / Wednesday - Friday 8-1 or as needed / Saturday is optional. There is some flexibility to work off and on throughout the day and into early evening. The 8am start time is mandatory.
- We can train via remote workstation or in-person at our office.
- You must have a a personal computer or laptop, additional display and reliable internet.
- This is a seasonal position. Our business shuts down in November or after the first snowfall.
