Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling inbound leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize software tools to identify potential leads and prospects
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential customers
- Warm calling to establish rapport and build relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information
- Proficiency in is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
