Responsibilities: As the Appointment Setter (No Sales Experience Required), your focus will be to turn warm leads into qualified appointments through calls, texts, and contact with 50 warm leads per day. Average 30 conversations daily, follow the script, record answers, and not sell.
Qualifications: 2 years of phone experience (not necessarily in sales), experience with phone time (5-7 hours per day for two years), business to consumer over the phone experience (at least 1 year). Demonstrated ability to be coachable and implement feedback, must be an extrovert, enjoys talking to people on the phone with confidence and competence.
Measurable Accountabilities: Handle 50 new leads per day while following up with the pipeline of leads. Up to 30 conversations per day, setting 45 appointments per week. Lead to Conversations: 38%, Show Rate: 36%, Dollar Per Lead: $150, Phone Available Time (Talk time + Time in Que): 6 hours per day.

Experience/Technical Skills: CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), phone system experience with VOIP (Voice over IP or Softphone), demonstrated track record of calling over the phone. Ability to follow the script consistently and ability to grind, having the same conversation with multiple people in the same script day after day with consistency.
