Form of workA health services network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a great opportunity at one of their Women's Health clinics in Brooklyn. In this role, the Women's Health NP / PA will be responsible for the provision, coordination, and assurance of comprehensive nursing care using nursing process and pertinent standards of care, the diagnosis of illness and physical conditions, and performance of therapeutic, corrective, and prescriptive measures.
Responsibilities:
The Women's Health NP / PA position is accompanied with a generous compensation and benefits. Details include:
- Setting: Women's Health clinic
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Procedures:Women's Health cases, including minor surgeries (IUDs, cyst removal, etc.)
- Call: Some weekend coverage
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a GYN and/or Women's Health setting
- Bachelor's Degree
- NYS licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
