SalaryWine Crawl a private food wine and sprits tour company hosting experiences across the country is seeking an coordinator to work with our Event Managers in creating Wine Crawl sponsored events around the country. We're looking for an energetic, organized project manager to join our growing team. Great project based position for freelancers or people looking to find a fun extra income opportunity.
Major Responsibilities:
* Own the end to end Wine Crawl Process in Your City -
* Coordinate outreach efforts to create Wine Crawl events (Contacting Venues, Obtaining pricing information, assisting ambassadors with coordination of event)
* Work with cross functional team (event and marketing manager) in planning and messaging
* Participate in meetings, touch bases as needed with Event Managers and management team as needed
* Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
* Manage the actual day of event
Required
* Event Coordination Experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in Canva and ability to create collateral materials
* Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time without supervision
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
* People Person with ability to work with a diverse group of people.
* * Must Live Within 30 Miles of Listed City

Compensation
Paid on per project basis (by event setup + completion)
Opportunity to earn bonus compensation on completed events.
Experience:
- Proven experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong knowledge of event marketing strategies and techniques
- Ability to upsell additional services or products to clients
- Hospitality or event background is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for events
