- Client Interaction Expertise: Navigate inquiries with finesse, guiding clients through pre-qualifications, rate negotiations, and contract processing in line with our departmental standards and ensure seamless booking processes and thoughtful follow-up to establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Revenue Growth Champion: Develop and expand new and existing accounts, surpassing revenue goals through effective prospecting, compelling sales calls, and captivating site inspections and utilize persuasive communication to showcase the full spectrum of our hotel offerings.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent our company with flair at tradeshows, client events, and industry gatherings, ensuring our brand stands out and aligns with corporate standards.
- Strategic Territory Management: Contribute to the strategic plan for your assigned geographic territory, ensuring initiatives align with overarching departmental goals to drive revenue growth.
- Positive Work Environment Advocate: Cultivate a positive work environment that values teamwork, performance, feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Either hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent of one (1) year of experience.
- One (1) year of experience in one or more of the following areas: hospitality or other customer services or sales.
- Previous sales experience working in a similar hotel/resort setting using Amadeus.
