- Hourly Rate: $18hr - $25hr (+ $1,000 Completion/Performance Bonus Eligibility)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)
The Installer Apprenticeship Program will provide the ability for you to develop into a Nationally Recognized Certified Window and Door Installer. No prior construction or tool experience is required. This will be an 8wk long program and will provide the opportunity to build a rewarding life-long career.
Responsibilities/Areas of Training:
- High-Quality Installation of Windows and Doors
- Measure Technician Process and Procedures
- Customer Service Process and Procedures
- Material and Warehouse Management Skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Bilingual is a Plus
- Familiarity with Computer Usage/Mobile Devices
- NO Prior Construction or Tool Experience is Required
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication; Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Strong Listening and Empathy Skills
- Have a Passion for Providing Excellent Customer Service & Maintaining Strong Relationships
- Ability to Maintain Perspective Under Demanding Conditions
- Ability to Physically Lift Up to 75 Pounds
