SalaryJob Description:
- Responsible for plant operations and proper functioning of the equipment for their individual shift
- Assure that the Processing Plant operates efficiently and safely
- Maintain and repair operating equipment at the Processing Plant in order to optimize plant productivity and efficiency
- Production bonus potential
- Keep detailed daily records, and communicate those records to the Plant Manager
- Handle and/or supervise the handling of any hazardous materials in strict accordance with company safety procedures
- Perform basic lab work including sample testing
- Communicate supply needs to Plant Manager
- Perform and/or supervise other miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Plant Manager such as: cleaning, painting, minor equipment repairs, and building maintenance
- Three 12 hour shifts, and one 6 hour shift per week
