Sugarfree Studio is a photo and video production company headquartered in South Florida that specializes in weddings and is gaining momentum in the corporate world.
We are searching for a rockstar Client Relations Specialist/ Sales Representative / Executive Assistant to work (remotely) alongside our owner/lead photographer and directly with our clients.
The ideal candidate will be interested in working with us long-term and be a vital part of our success.
Qualifications:
-Experience in the event industry - specifically in weddings is a plus
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
-Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Dubsado and how to best utilize them to benefit the business
-Ability to communicate with potential clients, quickly build rapport and close the sale
-Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to solve problems and advise clients
-Detail-oriented, high-energy and organized
-Creative, well-spoken and grammar-savvy
-Self motivated and comfortable working remotely
-Live on the East Coast (if you are local to South Florida, that's a PLUS!)
* Responsibilities: *
-Act as the liaison between the team and our clients to ensure our clients have a white glove experience throughout all stages
-Respond to the leads via email, text or phone calls, sell services and attend virtual meetings
-Follow-up on incoming leads from website inquiries, referrals, and other platforms (such as The Knot, Wedding Wire, Party Slate, etc.)
-Draft proposals, contracts and invoices, and oversee payment schedules are followed on-time
-Work with the owner to ensure all items needed are in place before weddings/events
-Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, services offered, selling/marketing techniques, etc.
-Build and nurture relationships with wedding/event planners and venues to help boost sales
-Using our CRM platform, create templates and manage workflows to keep our business running efficiently and supporting a smooth client experience
Ad hoc:
-Help company's social media manager to create captions to posts, write blog posts, and submit real wedding photos or videos for publications
-Assist with creating new marketing materials, keeping company’s website and platforms up to date
*To be a successful applicant you must: *
-Have at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant.
-Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the wedding/event industry and be able to successfully navigate conversations pertaining to it.
-Have at least 3-5+ years of experience in sales and customer service
-Be responsive to leads (less than 5-10 minutes, if possible)
-Be organized, thorough and consistent
Role Expectations:
-Must have reliable computer and WiFi
-Must be available from 9:30am-5:30pm EST, working 25 hours a week (additional hours may be required, but this will be a long-term contract)
-Must be available to answer inquiries on Saturday (the role may also require consultations via phone on Saturdays, as well)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
