Job description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Caller & Client Relations Managerto join our rapidly growing Real Estate agency. This position is remote, requiring a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to excel in a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Luxury Real Estate sales and Client Relationship management. As a Luxury Real Estate Caller & Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth Real Estate brokers, sales agents, individuals, luxury property owners, and other strategic partners to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with your assigned Real Estate agent/brokerage clients on a weekly basis going over data reports, checking on listing appointments, performance optimization and more
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including cold callers, marketing, and operations, to execute customized lead generation strategies for our Real Estate clients
  • Provide exceptional service and personalized attention to high-value clients throughout the buying and listing process
  • Do outbound & inbound calling of your own to book our Real Estate agent clients with listing appointments on weekly basis
  • Manage an inbound lead generation & outbound lead generation pipeline for multiple of your assigned Real Estate agent clients
  • Stay abreast of Real Estate market trends, luxury property developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury Sales or Client Relations preferably in Real Estate sales, client management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients and luxury property owners.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Luxury Real Estate market, including market trends, pricing strategies, and property valuations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing Client Relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance on every zoom or phone meeting, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to luxury clientele. A collared shirt and blazer will be required for every zoom meeting with your clients.

Performance Measures:

  • Achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for getting your assigned clients Real Estate clients listing appointments & appointment conversions into signed listing agreements
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and differentiation.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.

  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Luxury Real Estate market.

  • Uphold ethical standards and compliance requirements in all business dealings and transactions.
  • Hold yourself to a strict schedule and maintain consistency in daily activities, even in a remote work environment.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to stay motivated, focused, and consistent in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct daily outreach activities to prospective clients, utilizing remote communication tools and platforms effectively.
  • Submit comprehensive end-of-day reports summarizing outreach efforts, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and team collaboration sessions to align with company goals and share updates.

Competitive Compensation Plan: Luxury Sales Director of Strategic Client Partnerships

  • Monthly Draw: A fixed monthly draw of $2500 will be provided to ensure stability and support during the initial ramp-up period and to cover essential expenses. This draw will be subject to taxes, which will be the responsibility of the individual contractor.
  • Commission Structure: A competitive commission structure of 25% will be offered on all of your assigned client’s revenue generated by Realty Gen, LLC. This commission will be based on the total value of transactions closed by you and your team you actively manage for your assigned clients. Taxes on earned commissions will be the responsibility of the individual contractor.
  • Bonuses and Incentives: Additional bonuses and incentives will be available for achieving sales targets, securing high-value transactions, and exceeding performance expectations. These bonuses will also be subject to taxes and will be the responsibility of the individual contractor.
  • Performance-Based Rewards: Opportunities for performance-based rewards, such as recognition programs, luxury travel incentives, and exclusive access to networking/coaching events, will be available to top performers based on their contribution to the company's success. Taxes on any rewards received will be the responsibility of the individual contractor.

Note: This competitive compensation plan is designed for a remote 1099 position with no benefits, where taxes will be the responsibility of the individual contractor. All concerns regarding tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws and regulations will be the responsibility of the contractor. This compensation package aims to attract top talent while ensuring clarity and transparency regarding financial arrangements and tax responsibilities.
