The Client Relations Assistant role increases the efficiency of the office while ensuring that our client’s experience is flawless through direct customer service with lawyers and physician offices. This opportunity requires that the applicant has very strong organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a growing environment. This role is part-time, Monday- Wednesday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Assistant will be primarily involved with performing the following duties and responsibilities:
- Establish strong working relationships and communicate effectively with individuals internal and external to the company
- Provide service to our customers via phone and email, answer customer questions, and resolve concerns relating to claims
- Compose, proof, and edit internal and external communications
- Manage office calendars for administration
- Managing physical and electronic files, including intake, retention, retrieval, and transfer of records
- Serves as a liaison for medical doctors, lawyers, and claimants
- Must work well with a team and have a pleasant voice on the phone
