Client/Caregiver Relations Specialist

We provide our clients personal care in their homes, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and much more!
We are now hiring for our Client/Caregiver Relations Specialist. This position will work with our clients and caregivers to help maintain happy and healthy relationships. This position is a full-time position, based in the field, at home, and at our home office in McMurray.
Job Responsibilities:
The list is not all inclusive and may include other duties and responsibilities as needed by senior management
 Complete a set amount of Client visits per week
 Arrange and complete a set amount client and caregiver check in calls per week
 Work with clients/caregivers on issues to bring them to a resolution
 Develop feedback analytics from the visits and calls to help develop new ideas
 Work on retention plans for clients/caregivers.
 Assist with administrative duties in the office during office days
 Assist in checking the schedule during the day
 Other duties assigned by senior management

Qualifications:
 High school degree or equivalent required
 Experience in the home health industry
 Experience with general supervision of caregiving staff
 Microsoft office and scheduling software knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
