Website Product Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Manager to join our team. As a Web Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our company's websites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and ensure the successful delivery of web projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Duties:
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to create wireframes and mockups
- Manage the development process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure website functionality and usability
- Monitor website analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure website security and performance
- Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum to manage web development projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in web development, including proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages
- Strong understanding of web technologies, protocols, and standards
- Experience with wireframing tools such as UML or similar software
- Familiarity with project management tools such as TFS or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website analytics data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
