We are currently looking for a Production Manager for the 3rd Shift with a Client that is a Global name. They are located in the Hagerstown, Md area.
You will:

• Manage the Assembly organization against set safety, quality, delivery and financial targets by leading and coaching your production team, responsible for KPIs for your area.
• Continue the implementation of our Clients Production System, be responsible for the Improvement of KPIs, projects lead, achieve contribution from all employees for improvement work, participate in delivering the increased efficiency of the product line.
• Full accountability and ownership of your team's development, UAW relations, project follow up, pulse results, midterm road map (0-1 year) and policy deployment from plant to operator level.

• The ideal candidate for this position has Associate's Degree and five (5) years' management experience in a manufacturing environment OR seven years minimum combined education and leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
