We are a highly recognized industry-leading Design and Build firm. We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and energized Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Residential Remodeling projects. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all aspects of our projects, including our talented and dedicated in-house team, trade partners, and financial performance. We provide a strong support staff to aid with details and execution.
```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential projects, including small and large projects, repairs, warranty issues, and client management
-Verify the team has what is needed to move projects to successful completion
- Interact with the sales and design team as well as ownership
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Maintain safe and clean job sites following building codes and company goals

```Experience```
- 10 years of proven success as a Residential Production Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction principles and building practices
-Understand the impact of building codes on upcoming and current projects
- Experience in leading and growing a custom-building team
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and execution from preproduction through timely completion of projects ranging from $5,000 to $800,000
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on the end goal
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent with Microsoft Suite and construction management software

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
