Web & Seo Coordinator (Remote)

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical individual to join our team as a Web & SEO Coordinator. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a strong desire to learn about web management and SEO optimization. While direct experience in these areas is not required, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine eagerness to gain expertise in website development and SEO practices. The Web & SEO Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to support the implementation of web and SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Support:

- Assist in managing our WordPress website, including content updates, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement website enhancements and updates as needed.

- Learn and apply best practices for website performance, security, and user experience.

2. SEO Assistance:

- Support the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

- Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical SEO tasks under the guidance of Reyes CMO and web agencies

- Learn to monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, contributing insights to ongoing optimization efforts

3. Collaboration and Learning:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and assist in the execution of website and SEO initiatives.

- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support the implementation of website development projects and SEO campaigns.

- Proactively seek opportunities to learn about web management and SEO through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.

4. Analytical Support:

- Utilize strong analytical skills to assist in the analysis of website and SEO performance data, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives by assisting with test setup, data collection, and analysis of test results.

- Learn to interpret data from web analytics tools and SEO platforms to provide actionable insights to the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.

- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from data.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Eagerness to learn about website development, WordPress management, and SEO principles.

- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

- Familiarity with basic web technologies and tools is a plus, but not required.

- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop in the field of web and SEO.
