Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree with courses in a field related to the assigned office, department, or clientele.
- Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience, two (2) years of which shall have been related to web technology.
- Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable web technology, and its most effective and efficient utilization in support of the functions of the assigned office or department.
- Knowledge of web servers, browsers, and network operating systems, and knowledge of web-enabled database technology.
- Skill in one or more of the most current applications and technologies for approved web servers.
- Analytical ability.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- Computer Science or Information Systems degree.
- Computer Science or Information Systems degree.
- Experience as a lead requiring web format design oversight.
- Knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
- Proficiency in understanding web languages, such as Drupal, Java, HTMK, or PHP.
- Ability to establish and maintain successful collaborative working relationships with diverse personnel across departments to ensure website template functionality.
- Ability to bring creativity and innovation to web projects.
