About this role:
Teesnap is looking for an IT Integration and Web Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse set of technologies and processes including supporting development, ongoing customer support questions for our customers web sites, and support internal IT corporate IT needs as required. The IT Integration and Web Development Specialist will work closely with our customers, marketing team, implementation team, and contractors to coordinate the timely development of customer sites that meet or exceed their expectations. Additionally the Web Development strategist will support the implementation and execution of various IT projects.
DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage development process for new websites including gathering customer requirements, coordinating communication with development project stakeholders.
- Make basic edits to meet customer needs pre-launch.
- Execute launch of new sites once development is completed.
- Client website training sessions as needed.
- Provide support for escalated issues that are not addressed by tier 1 support.
- Assist with changes to existing sites when other team members are unavailable.
- Maintain and troubleshoot software, and network issues.
- Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and regularly updated.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Stay updated with the latest in technology trends and cybersecurity practices.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of users.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred 5 years of experience in IT.
- Strong desire to deliver an excellent user experience to internal and external customers.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to balance requests from multiple sources and identify priorities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with Web Hosting and DNS setup and management.
- Experience with WordPress and ManageWP.
- Experience with implementation and usage of Google Analytics.
- Experience integrating technologies to achieve a defined end goal.
- Experience with managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
