Job Description and Required Skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analytics function within the organization, providing expertise and guidance on data analytics best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools to analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize and communicate insights effectively.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to optimize website and marketing performance.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data visualization.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, with a deep understanding of web Analytics concepts and methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading analytics projects and working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics. Advanced degree preferred.
