Expectations:
- Ability to oversee 30-50 direct reports on a daily.
- The business understanding of financial budgeting for profit and sales of a restaurant.
- Passion and understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and the desire to be an advocate as a manager.
- The skillset of a manager to oversee scheduling, inventory, invoices, and training.
- Understand the importance of leadership development and mentoring team members of all ages.
- Clearly communicate with respect and use technology for continuous conversations. The manager being bi-lingual is beneficial.
- Teach team members with a hospitality attitude.
- Must have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Understand the principles of food safety and quality.
