Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the local project manager in executing lead generation campaigns, updating data/CRM, producing customer service collateral, and delivering major events.
- Utilize social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s and clients’ brands.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders through the company’s social media accounts.
- Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure performance against these KPIs.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Pursuing or possessing a recognized marketing qualification.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other social media channels.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and common desktop applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in conducting successful marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Demonstrable events management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and interest in Fashion, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Real Estate industries.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Available at least 3 days per week.
- Deliver work efficiently and result-driven.
