- Compile analytics reports inclusive of key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize and aggregate website, email, paid and organic Social Media and paid media campaign performance.
- Manage analytics around website and social content reach, engagement, website traffic, new customer conversion, etc. to develop recommendations on content strategy and distribution.
- Play a heavy role in the development of quarterly Social Media reporting and campaign performance presentations.
- Use Sprinklr to execute social listening reports and derive insights from social listening to support business strategies.
- Develop competitive research and champion best practices regarding the measurement of ad effectiveness, especially as it relates to marketing effectiveness and multi-channel campaign optimization.
- Partner with Advanced Analytics team to analyze and interpret ROAS, MMM and other relevant dashboards.
- Evolve measurable A/B testing efforts that can quantify the impact of changes while implementing action plans to drive lifetime value.
- Review, disseminate and analyze media campaign reporting from Agency. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to compile reporting from IAT and craft digestible, actionable integrated reports that tell a story.
- Develop 1P data collection strategy and help execute.
- Own and operate our Customer Data Platform (Tealium)
- Analyze, report on and share insights and recommendations from platforms including Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Bazaarvoice, Destini, Swiftype, Recipe Reviews, Contentful and Native Social Platforms. Consolidate reporting into useful and insightful tool for the organization and communicate results to teams.
- Be willing to go beyond simply reporting on data to tell a story using the data to the team.
- Partner with the Brand Elevation team to come up with creative ways to pull data that answer questions and prove hypotheses.
- Compile analytics reports inclusive of key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize and aggregate website, email, paid and organic social and paid media campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills; experience working with marketing mix modeling teams to both provide accurate data and analyze/ apply results to ongoing media planning optimizations is a big plus
- Understanding of use case and implementation of pixels and tags across digital media
- Experience with Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Tealium, and/or HubSpot a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including ability to clearly communicate analytics/ campaign results to an audience with a wide variation in experience
