Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Wealth Management Product Manager with a deep understanding of equity markets, ETFs, robo-advisory services, regular savings plans, and Wealth Management principles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, marketing strategy, and a passion for driving growth in the Wealth Management segment. As the Wealth Management Product Manager for Equities, ETFs, and Financial Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing product strategies, enhancing client engagement, and delivering superior investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for equities, ETFs, robo-advisory services, and regular savings plans within the Wealth Management segment, aligning with the firm"s overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, and Marketing teams, to develop and launch innovative investment solutions tailored to the needs of high-net-worth clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation, new market trends, and client preferences within the Wealth Management space.
Drive the development and enhancement of equities, ETFs, robo-advisory, and regular savings plan offerings, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Create compelling marketing materials and thought leadership content to educate clients and prospects on investment opportunities, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor in Wealth Management.
Partner with the Sales team to develop client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and product demonstrations to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including product adoption, client engagement, and revenue growth, to assess the effectiveness of product strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry trends impacting Wealth Management Products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the Wealth Management or financial services industry, with a focus on equities, ETFs, robo-advisory services, and regular savings plans.
Strong understanding of equity markets, ETFs, robo-advisory services, regular savings plans, and Wealth Management principles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing investment products.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends to inform product strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
