HVAC Operations Manager - Logistics & Production

All American Air Conditioning is immediately hiring a high energy and organized HVAC Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment in coordinating the daily assignments of the service technician staff and other field staff.

An emphasis will be placed on routing efficiency and technician skill-set matching, to ensure a timely response and an excellent customer experience. The Operations Manager will assist service technicians throughout the day to relay accurate customer data and information, and to track completed assignments by the technicians. It will be the responsibility of the Operations Manager to forecast daily scheduling needs in conjunction with the Preventative Maintenance Department Manager, the Sales and Install Manager, and the General Manager as needed to ensure full and efficient routing.

Starting Pay: $49,920 and up based on experience & expertise
