The Project Manager at IMG Academy will be responsible for participating in the management, growth and development of various enhancement projects and strategic initiatives across all product lines, including but are not limited to students, campers, parents, adult athletes, event participants and spectators, hotel guests and more. They will play a critical role to help further the transformation of becoming an experience-first organization and be a cultural change agent on a new Experience team. This will require them to participate in experience design workshops and oversee the execution of bringing to life the journey after it is designed. In addition, the Product Manager will also have a continuous pulse on customer insights and KPI’s of journeys and help create and manage action plans to support necessary product enhancement projects based on the insights.
Lastly, the Product Manager will develop recap presentations after key initiatives are implemented and share with the broader Experience team other key stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead on specific IMGA journey / product experiences with an expectation of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Uses journey design and insights to create a recommendation of priority initiatives to implement.
• Responsible for the development of project timelines and priorities, building/developing the project team, consistently measuring the success of implemented projects / enhancements and continues to improve and evolve the experience as needed thought the use of action plan templates.
• Oversight of specific project teams to ensure maximum performance, while providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize impact.
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
• Lead the action planning process, including developing action plan templates, working with key stakeholders to fill out the action plan, and monitoring and reporting on progress made within the action plan.
• Produce, deliver and maintain progress updates, status reports, recaps, agendas, minutes and pre-meeting materials specific to product/experience based projects.
• Partner closely with Consumer Insights to continually monitor, measure, and understand general customer feedback on product and experience-based initiatives while identifying new product/experience based opportunities for improvement.
• Create and deliver meaningful ways to thank participants in working groups.
• Provide daily operational support as directed and as needed across Product Operations of all areas of IMG Academy including but not limited to sales and marketing, events and hospitality, diversity & inclusion, operations, sports, academics, etc.
• Be flexible based on priorities of projects / initiatives changing due to business objectives and insights.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• 3+ year of strong project management skills; project management certification a plus.
• A drive to create unrivaled experiences.
• A relationship-oriented individual with proven track record of successful professional relationships.
• Skilled in communicating information to a diverse set of constituencies.
• Must demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and leadership.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels in a demanding environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays are required
