Precision Utility LLC, a Private Municipal Operations & Construction Company is experiencing explosive growth, and is looking for a team-oriented, and experienced Field Technician. The ideal candidate will successfully perform maintenance services for water, sewer, & drainage facilities both underground utilities and facility maintenance.
The ideal candidate will perform assigned duties and ensure effective and efficient operations and maintenance for the districts we operate. All Field Technicians will participate in on-call rotation duties
Responsibilities and Duties
General:
Meter Reading/ Verify
Service Line Leaks
Service Turn off/on
Meter Install/Pull
Facilities:
Water Plant Maintenance
Wastewater Plant Maintenance
Lift Station Maintenance
Collection System Maintenance
DistributionSystem Maintenance
Underground Utilities: (May assist with)
Water leaks - ¾ inch to 12-inch mains up to 10 feet deep
Water Taps both residential and commercial vaults
Water line extensions & relocates
Fire hydrant repairs & installation
Sewer point repairs 3-inch to 12-inch mains, laterals, and private lines up to 10 feet deep
Sewer Taps both residential & commercial
Sewer line extension & relocates
Sewer line manhole rehabilitation & installations
Qualifications and Skills
Clean MVR, current and valid Driver's License
Drop Box
Service Fusion Work Order Program
Microsoft Office
Any Public Works | Water Utility CMMS
Birdnest Data Management
GIS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Distribution Systems (Water): 1 year (Required)
- Collections Systems (Sewer): 1 year (Required)

- Meter Reading: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- North Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
