- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to leadership.
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies along with knowledge of building accessibility best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop the strategic vision for Google’s critical Machine Learning hardware stack, including incorporating Machine Learning innovations and delivering state-of-the-art performance for internal and Cloud customers.
- Engage with Google's Machine Learning Product Areas, Cloud's Machine Learning focused customers, and external industry partners to inform Google's Machine Learning Software approach and to continue OpenXLA's OSS success.
- Drive coherence between Hardware and Software development programs to enable most productive use of the systems as deployed.
- Develop effective partnerships with associated Machine Learning Software teams, including Core Machine Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, JAX, PyTorch) and Cloud GPU/TPU and understand their evolving needs for large scale Generative AI training and serving. Help understand and improve developer experiences, and thereby enable more productive use of Google’s Machine Learning resources.
