Position Overview

You will provide emergency service to customers following assigned work orders by the Lead Technician. Experience and knowledge of restoration, construction or emergency service response is required.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit new assignments/jobs, interface with the client, and secure the job.

- Scope damages onsite, performs mitigation services, provides clear documentation to be submitted to insurance companies for approval.

- Develop moisture mapping and creates a drying log.

- Complete water extraction.

- Perform demolitions and light construction tasks.

- Setup and monitor drying equipment.

- Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.

- Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project.

- Drive company vehicle as needed.

- Participate in an “On Call” rotation for after-hours service calls, which involve some weekend and night responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess;

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Detail oriented.

- Able to exercise good judgement in making decisions.

- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.

- Able to work in all types of structures that have experienced some form of disaster.

- Able to be flexible and available for 24-hour emergency work.

- Able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
