Position: Warranty Administrator I

Position Summary
The Warranty Administrator will work with other Warranty Administrator and Customer Service Manager to service internal and external customers, compiling and analyzing data, ensuring positive and improving communication between departments, documenting and updating policies and procedures, and assisting in problem solving. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and will improve quality and cost reductions of Carefree products and services.
Essential Duties of the Warranty Administrator I include but are not limited to:
- Timely processing of warranty claims.
- Working with the other Warranty Administrator and Customer Service Manager to compile and analyze data.
- Reporting warranty dollars spent daily, monthly, and quarterly and identifying trends.
- Daily processing and payment of all warranty requests, claims and authorizations.
- Assisting with the documentation and maintenance of Carefree warranty policies, procedures, and customer agreements.
- Working to continually improve communication between all departments.
- Working through and analyzing problems, trends, and cost saving opportunities to be discussed, refined, and implemented.
- Contributing to an overall increase in quality of Carefree products and services, as well as cost reductions.

Qualifications for the Warranty Administrator I include but are not limited to:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-5 years of progressive customer service experience
- Order entry or data entry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional positive outgoing demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Energetic and positive approach to evolving changes and challenges of a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, perseverance, and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Applications.
- Demonstrated reliability with outstanding attendance.
- Previous experience in RV Parts, RV Warranty, RV Tech, and/or RV Sales positions is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position. The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $1,500 and $1,653.85 per bi-weekly payroll.
