Job Description
SUMMARY
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting the warehouse manager in all aspects of warehouse activities including order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, transportation, inventory control, quality and safety. The role will also ensure a productive and efficient working environment, leading by example.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in warehouse operations including Inventory Control, Procurement and Sourcing, Logistics, Human Resources and Custom Regulations.
- Generate stock-picking reports and ensure all scheduled categories are pulled, boxed, sealed, and delivered.
- Comply with all Bonded and Non-Bonded Warehouse regulations.

- Motivate and encourage the warehouse team through leading by example with a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Maintain inventory control and take an active role in the cycle count process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment per company guidelines.
- Operate and comply to all company, airport, local, and federal laws while maintaining duty free inventory within local and federal customs regulations.
- Ability to lead a warehouse team in stocking and picking merchandise, ticketing fashion products, and making daily deliveries.
- Secure company assets including non-stock items by following Asset Protection policies and procedures.
- Assist and provide support to the Warehouse Manager with any tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- MS Office Suite experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Forklift experience preferred, if applicable.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Regularly required to lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be flexible to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
