We are currently looking for a self-confident and driven Warehouse Solutions Project Designer to support our sales teams throughout the Atlantic region and play a crucial role in contributing to the consistent growth of our region's Warehouse Solution sales.

- Collaborate with our Regional Warehouse Solutions Manager, Warehouse Solutions Specialists, Sales Managers and sales personnel in the design of projects involving Warehouse Solutions products
- Assist in determining and verifying the building measurements and other related information required for proper design of Warehouse Solutions projects
- Designing, drawing and detail verification of the specific application of company equipment utilized in the customer’s application
- Utilizing information provided, create alternative designs to enhance space utilization, increase product flow, improve efficiency, reduce cost, etc.
- Responsible to meet with salespeople and customers at the customer's location in the normal course of the selling effort and visit sites before, during and after equipment installation to respond to installation problems, answer questions and ensure proper installation
- Create and maintain a library of completed drawings as well as a detailed record of past Warehouse Solutions projects
Skills Needed to Win:
- Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design from an accredited school of higher learning preferred or a Bachelors Degree in Business or related field of study
- A high level of self-confidence and comfort in who you are and what you bring to the team, balanced with humility and a sense of humor
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Project management experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- The ability to think ahead of where your leader and leadership team is going and offer up creative ideas to make things better for both the team and our processes
