OVERVIEW: The Warehouse Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper Shipping and handling of merchandise shipped from our warehouse as well as accurately invoicing our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and verify outbound shipment packages making sure they are correct. i.e., item count and item description.
- Inspect all shipments for any damages
- Reading comprehension of unit of measure a must.
- Accurately input data into billing/ invoicing software
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Spreadsheet Software.
- Inventory software
