Warehouse loader / unloader
Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Lead who can move or lift up to 50lbs, manually, to join our team in the shipping area. This position is responsible for pulling mostly copiers and printers for orders, which can be small shipments or large containers. This is a fast paced environment with a need for very strong accuracy in pulling correct items for shipment. Warehouse Lead candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a warehouse lead position in a similiar type of candidate. Must be able to lead a team of 3 - 6 warehouse assoicates.

We work with the Top leasing companies handling the sale of their Equipment coming off of lease. We are an established leader in the industry, selling both domestically and internationally, and have experienced strong year-over-year growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Properly filling out company order form when pulling & staging orders.
- Entering data efficiently & correctly into our computer system. (training will be supplied)
- Loading and offloading cars, vans, trucks and containers of copiers/printers.
- Operate a standard sit down forklift (training & certification will be supplied)
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized workspace including paper work.
- Pulling & preparing orders for shipping (dusting, bubble wrapping, palletizing etc.)
- Inventory assets using scan guns & software. (training will be supplied)
- Stocking machines into inventory locations Building wood container decking using circular saw, nail gun, tape measure
Qualifications and Competencies:
- 2 years Warehouse Lead Experience (required)
- Supervisory experience required
- Ability to direct and assign work to other associates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Data entry experience necessary
- English language proficiency
- Dependability and a Commitment to Excellence

- Capable of adhering to company policies & procedures
- Strong communication & follow up competency
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to perform some heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push wheeled copy machines, these can range from 100 to 500 pounds
- Must be able to work on his/her feet for several hours at a time.
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND HOURS:
- Hourly wage $19 per hour plus bonus.
- Bonus Potential of 5% of wages per quarter
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, and 401K Plan with Matching up to 4%
- Two weeks’ vacation plus sick and personal time.
- Paid national holidays, plus floating holiday.
- Working hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm EST.
Pre Drug Screen and background is required as a condition of employment.
