Objective of the Position. Reason for being of the position in the organization, what it was created for, which is derived from the functions and results.
Supervise the correct execution of operations in the warehouses such as inventory control, FIFOs, online entries in SAP system, production supplies, order and cleaning, etc. following the guidelines of the work procedures, as well as the rules of safety, discipline, order and cleanliness imposed by the Safety and Hygiene Commission with the available resources, ensuring compliance at all times and the development of the personnel in charge.

- Issues material from the supermarket and warehouse
- Ensures physical locations for the material in the supermarket / warehouse
- Ensures the handling of stored material inside the warehouse and supply of production lines and supermarkets
- Monitors critical material along the production / warehouse process
- Along the whole material flow inside the plant from inbound to outbound
- Conducts 5S
- Posts supermarket / stored goods (incoming/outgoing)
- Responsible for information between physical processes and SAP
- Responsible for accurate data and usage of the correct standard SAP movement types and transactions
- Ensures traceability of goods and FIFO principle are applied
- Supports stock counting
- Ensures compliance of safety and environment principles
- Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.

Decision Authority Decision Authority: decisions that you are expected to take and actions that you are expected to recommend.
- Decide on both material and human resources to be used for the correct operation of the warehouse (FIFO's, locations, inventory reliability, loading of materials to suppliers, supply of materials, order and cleaning, etc.)
- Prepare shift roles for the personnel in charge, reporting them to payroll periodically, assigning the extra time previously authorized to the personnel in an equitable manner, preparing the corresponding report.
- Schedule vacations according to the calendar and expiration date of the personnel in your charge
Education
High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred
