MAC Staffing Group is looking for Quality Control Agent to join our client's third-party logistics company, in Coppell, TX. The Quality Control Agent is responsible for receiving, stocking, inventory management, pulling and shipping customer owned material, including performing all systematic transactions for assigned duties in the appropriate system based on the customer.

- Receive, ship, select, inventory and store supplies, merchandise, and equipment in the warehouse.
- Load and unload items to a more specialist function, such as storing and shipping serialized electronics.
- Understand the SLA of the accounts assigned.
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet drivers and hand carts.
- Cycle count duties and inventory control.
- LTL shipping and TMS understanding of BOL's.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of storage/handling techniques and safety regulations
- Knowledge of warehouse management system
- Forklift certification preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience preferred.
