Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support our Sales department. This position will be responsible for reviewing and grading quotes, emails and phone communications. The individual will gather data, analyze it and present it to management in a useful manner. This position will support the company's initiatives to improve the customer experience for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing written communications for correct grammar.
- Forwarding quotes to Branch Managers for technical review, when necessary.
- Reviewing live chat transcripts and confirm coverage.
- Identify where Salesreps are when they are not in the office.
- Compare inbound phone call leads to quotes and verify that we send correct quotes to buyers.
- Review recorded sales calls and grade based on a standard grading scale.
- Review email communication from salesreps – inspect and correct grammar and replying in a timely manner.
- Review quotes to determine if part numbers are used correctly.
- Bring 5 quotes per week from each salesrep to branch manager for a review.
- Identify If branch managers are supporting the above efforts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written skills
- Experience reviewing written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience analyzing data.
- Strong communication skills.
