Spherion Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse/Project Manager to join a reputable company in Bryan/College Station. This is a key role overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This is a hands on role.

Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to meet project goals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Monitor project expenses and report on budgetary performance.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to prevent project delays or complications.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project performance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
