JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the daily operations of a team of at least 10 people
• Responsible for hiring and firing along with any type of verbal or written warnings and /or performance reviews to hold employees accountable for their performance.
• Scheduling of multiple employees to verify the hours the warehouse is open are covered by warehouse workers and drivers.
• Organization of multiple buildings
• Route planning
• Inventory-stocking parts and pulling tickets
• Shipping and receiving via UPS, FedEx and multiple freight companies.
• Loading and unloading trucks while using a forklift
• Customer Service.
• Deliver parts when coverage is needed
• Use of the company computer system
• Receive orders from vendors as quickly as possible
• Stock shelves with orders received from vendors
• Process shipments with proper carriers timely
• Record bin changers as needed and give to inventory control to change in computer
• Keep warehouse in neat and orderly appearance

Education and Experience:

• Must be regular and predictable in attendance
• Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers and supervisors
• Must uphold company policies, including anti-harassment program
• Must conduct yourself in a professional manner when in Southland uniform.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
