Job Description

BidFTA is a fast paced yet progressive work environment that is growing and expanding. The person needed for this position is excited and passionate about their impact on the business and the team they lead. Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a combined auction pick up center and a warehouse facility. This role requires a strong leader who will be hands-on with the day-to-day operations, but also helps to drive the overall company strategy. You’ll need to build and maintain relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments in the company. Successful Warehouse Managers are highly motivated to seek improvements and drive results every single day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, production, and operations
• Coordinate and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with our policies and vision
• Maintain a safe, neat, clean, and orderly facility
• Hire, train, develop, coach, and motivate employees
• Efficiently use and manage our operating systems and processes
• Follow brand and store standards as outlined by Bidfta.com
• Adhere to all OSHA requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience supervising and leading people

• Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment – Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
