Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and follow all safety procedures
• Current on all safety trainings
• Wears all required PPE when necessary (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs)
• Complete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks
• Conduct regular cycle count procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform and approve daily inventory transactions
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Ability to interpret and explain inventory variances
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Five (5) years’ experience in a computer-aided warehousing operation, or any equivalent combination of education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong Math Skills
• Strong organization skills
• SAGE and/or IFS knowledge preferable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs and to push-pull up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work long periods while continuously standing, twisting, bending, reaching, and stooping
• Must be able to work in an environment, which is dusty and noisy
• Must be able to work in plant environment with extreme seasonal temperatures
