Deliver high quality, timely, customer service to Home Depot associates and stores by providing them with a SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT for Supply Chain related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% Respond to inbound communications via telephone, e-mail and other related tools. Provide excellent customer service via active listening and professional communication, and identifying root cause of customer issues.
- 30% Work closely with stores and field leadership to resolve concerns regarding replenishment requests, inventory levels, and other Supply Chain related issues. Takes ownership of customer questions and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution.
- Provide follow-up communication to the customer regarding the resolution
- 30% Partner with merchandising, DC's, IPR, and transportation teams to resolve problems. Interact with Home Depot suppliers and cross functionally partner with merchandising, DC's to help ensure timely receipt of store purchase orders.

- Position reports to Supply Chain Support Supervisor/Manager

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years customer service with retail, Supply Chain, or inventory replenishment experience.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime on occasion.
- Successfully complete any required training or orientation programs
